Monterey Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

4 ozs spaghetti
1 egg whipped
240 ml fat-free sour cream
20 gr fat-free parmesan cheese
1 gr garlic powder
120 gr low fat monterey jack cheese
375 gr mixed vegetables

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 20 cm square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine egg white, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, hot spaghetti, and mixed vegetables. Pour into prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through.
