Moose Stroganoff

Ingredients

525 gr moose round steak
1 fat for frying salt pepper
2 packages cream of mushroom soup
1 package milk
30 gr onions

Instructions

Brown steak in fat in frying pan, season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine steak, soup, milk and onions in casserole. Bake at 180ÂșC for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
