Moravian White Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

450 gr butter
600 gr sugar
5 egg
240 ml cream
5 ml soda
1 dissolved in
60 ml water
500 gr flour

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar together until well blended. Beat the eggs and add. Stir in the dissolved soda. Sift the flour and add alternately with the cream. Mix thoroughly. Dough must be stiff enough to rolladd more flour if needed. Chill for several hours. Roll out thin on floured board and cut with fancy cookie cutters. Bake at 350-F about dozen minutes.
