Mornaise Sauce

Ingredients

55 gr butter
32 gr flour
475 ml milk
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
2 egg yolks
5 ml whipping cream
32 gr swiss cheese

Instructions

In microwave melt butter, add flour, stir until smooth, 1 minute. Gradually add milk. Beat egg yolks, add whipping cream. Gradually add hot mixture. Add cheese at the end.
