Moroccan Stew
Ingredients
60 ml water
240 gr stewing
2 gr cumin
1 tumeric
1 gr cinnamon
2 gr cayenne
1 gr paprika
2 sweet potatos
2 zuccini
2 summer squash
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
1 bell
1 serve over couscous
1 a lot
Instructions
** I eliminated the cayenne, cut way down on the garbanzo beans (or else they permeate every bite) and served with a dollop of plain nf yogurt (non-vegan).
