Mother's Coconut Kisses
Ingredients
1 gr salt
4 egg whites
250 gr granulated sugar superfine
4 gr vanilla
3 gr almond extract
160 gr coconut
14 gr at a time
1/2 on cookie

Instructions
stand for 2-3 min. Loosen cookies with spatual and remove to wire racks to cool. Store in tin box between layers of waxed paper.
