Mother's Pecan Butter Balls

Ingredients

250 gr flour sifted
50 gr sugar
1 gr salt
230 gr butter
9 gr vanilla
270 gr pecans

Instructions

Oven 160ºC Combine dry ingredients and work in butter and vanilla. Add nuts and mix well. Shape into 3 cm balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 160ºC for about 25 minutes. Roll in granulated or powdered sugar while warm. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
