Mr. Green's Quiche Lorrainne Verte

Ingredients

1/4 bacon
90 gr swiss cheese
4 eggs
8 gr flour
2 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 gr nutmeg
14 gr butter
4 green onions
1 unbaked piecrust

Instructions

* chop green onions (inc. tops) Fry bacon until cooked, but not TOO crisp. Place in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Place swiss cheese strips in a crisscross pattern on top of bacon. Combine rest of ingredients (except pimientos) in blender, until foamy. Pour mixture into piecrust. Top w/pimentoes. Bake at 190ÂșC or 45 minutes.
