Mushroom And Onion Quiche

Ingredients

80 gr mushrooms
1 onion
1 pie crust
120 gr swiss cheese
3 eggs
240 ml sweet cream
240 ml milk
55 gr butter

Instructions

Stew mushrooms and onions in butter. Place in bottom of pie shell. Put grated cheese on top of mixture. Beat eggs, add heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper, stirring gently. Pour over entire pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 375� for approximately 45 50 minutes.
