Mushroom Crust Quiche

Ingredients

80 gr mushrooms
28 gr butter
60 gr green onions
3 eggs
1 gr salt
1 gr cayenne pepper
55 gr fine dry bread crumbs
120 gr cottage cheese
1 monterey jack

Instructions

Cheese Melt butter in skillet,add mushrooms and saute until golden,about 10 minutes.Stir in bread crumbs,then pat into a 23 cm pie pan or divide among eight 10 cm tart pans. Combine cheeses and remaining ingredients;spoon into prepared crust.Bake @ 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes,until puffy and golden. Cool about 10 minutes before serving.Makes one 23 cm pie. ----
