Mushrooms& Peas For Pasta Or Rice

Ingredients

45 gr butter
60 ml wine
280 gr mushrooms
240 ml cream
1 slice evenly
140 gr baby peas
60 gr parmigiana cheese
60 ml olive oil
1 pasta

Instructions

Melt butter in olive oil. Sautee mushrooms and peas about 5 minute. Add wine and simmer 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Add cream and half and half and mix well. (never cook cream or half and half on high heatit will separate) Cook pasta or rice according to directions and drain well but keep hot. Mix with sauce and toss with half th cheese.
