Mushrooms Tofu & Snow Peas In Soy Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

1 slice onion
16 ml vegetable oil
40 gr mushrooms
1 garlic clove
10 gr gingerroot
2 gr cornflour dissolved in
30 ml water
45 ml soy sauce
240 gr firm tofu
55 gr snow peas
120 ml water

Instructions

for 30 seconds and serve the tofu mixture over the rice. Serves 2
