Mustard Fried Caribou

Ingredients

4 caribou steaks
8 chops
30 ml dijon-style mustard
5 gr horseradish
16 ml oil

Instructions

Season steaks with your salt and pepper. Combine mustard and horseradish. Smear this mixture on each side of the steaks so that the steaks are fully coated on both sides. Pan fry in hot oil til brownedmedium rare. Probe a steak with a fork and as soon as the juices run clear, steaks are done.
