Mustard Greens And Ham Hocks
Ingredients
900 ml mustard greens
350 gr green cabbage
3 ham hocks smoked
2,800 ml water
8 gr salt
3 gr black pepper
4 gr sugar
2 gr thyme leaves
4 idaho potatoes
3,800 ml saucepan o ver high hea heat to boiling
Instructions
3. Stir in the chopped greens, salt, pepper, sugar, and thyme. Cook 30 minutes. Add the cabbage and potatoes and cook until all vegetables are tender, about 3 0 minutes. Check the seasonings and serve hot.
