My Brownies

Ingredients

110 gr butter
65 gr cocoa powder hersheys
60 ml vegetable oil
200 gr sugar
220 gr brown sugar
9 gr vanilla
1 liquer
4 eggs
190 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
60 gr walnuts
80 gr chocolate chips

Instructions

In a large saucepan, melt together the butter, oil, and cocoa powder over low heat to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Stir in the sugar and vanilla, blending well. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in nuts and choc chips. Spread batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes. Recipe By : Nancy Shour
