My Christmas Pudding

Ingredients

375 gr carrot
2 potato
270 gr soft bread crumbs
325 gr raisins
220 gr currants
450 gr brown sugar
1 1/2 suet
230 gr margarine
60 ml sour milk
5 gr baking soda
130 gr flour
6 gr salt
5 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
2 gr allspice

Instructions

Mix in order given. Turn into well greased heat proof bowl; cover and steam about 3 hours. Takes a medium sized bowl. Serve with brown sugar sauce, or custard, or whatever you like.
