45 ml olive oil 4 garlic 1 onion 85 gr mushrooms 350 gr broccoli rabe 120 gr pasta 60 gr parmesan
Instructions
Saute' garlic, onion and mushrooms in olive oil, until golden. Wash and chop the broccoli rabe (rappini). Steam over boiling water for 5 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta, saute'ed garlic mixture and grated cheese. Serve hot. 6-8 servings.
