Nanaimo Salmon And Mushroom Kebabs

Ingredients

some preheat oven
some salt and pepper
575 gr salmon meat
120 ml salad oil
45 ml lemon juice
36 mushrooms
110 gr butter
30 gr fine breadcrumbs
1 lemon
1 sides

Instructions

Take kebabs from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve at once with lemon wedges on the side.
