Nantucket Cranberry Pie

Ingredients

270 gr cranberries
60 gr walnuts
300 gr sugar
4 eggs
130 gr flour
1 gr salt
1 gr almond extract
100 gr sugar in a buttered
10 pie
170 gr melted
200 gr sugar
130 gr flour

Instructions

salt, and quarter teaspoon almond extract. Stir the batter utnil it is smooth and pour it over the cranberry walnut mixture. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean.
