Navrathna Kurma

Ingredients

some salt ghee for deep frying
50 gr paneer
425 gr mixed vegetables
3 tomatoes
2 onions
5 gr ginger
1 1/2 chilli powder
1 gr turmeric powder
4 gr coriander powder
3 gr garam masala
240 ml milk
16 ml cream
8 gr ghee
