Navy Bean Soup

Ingredients

some garlic
525 gr navy beans
3,800 ml water
4 slices carrots
45 ml balsamic vinegar
2 onions
100 gr celery leaves
1 bell pepper
2 bay leaves
425 ml tomato sauce
2 gr powdered mustard
1 gr chili powder
1 gr black pepper
1 gr thyme
1 parsely flakes
1 gr salt
1 ml tobasco sauce
30 gr barley miso
