New England Clam Quiche

Ingredients

1 unbaked
10 pastry shell
230 gr bacon
1 package clam chowder
4 eggs
60 gr onions
120 ml sour cream
1 gr parsley flakes
1 gr pepper
4 slices american cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes. Remove from oven and red uce heat to 325 degrees. Combine bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream, parsl ey and pepper. Mix well. Pour about two third of the mixture into the shell. Arrange cheese slices on top. Add rest of the chowder mix. Bake 50-55 minutes or until set. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
