New Orleans Spinach Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients

85 gr butter
120 gr onions
30 gr green onions
75 gr spinach
475 ml sour cream
40 gr parmesan cheese
280 gr artichoke hearts
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
5 ml worcestershire sauce
1 ml tabasco sauce
260 gr crabmeat
120 gr shrimp

Instructions

* Frozen chopped spinach should be thawed and drained. ~-----------------------------------------------------~------------~-Preheat oven to 350�F. In a heavy skillet, melt butter and saute� onions and green onions until they are soft but not brown. Add spinach, sour cream and cheese. Reduce heat and simmer until heated throughout. Add artichoke hearts, salt,pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco Sauce; simmer 2-3 minutes. Gently fold in crab meat and shrimp. Pour into a 2 litre casserole. At this point you may refrigerate or bake for 2030 minutes.
