New Yorker Pita Sandwich

Ingredients

200 gr chicken
60 gr onion
65 gr green bell pepper
16 ml vegetable oil
1 package heinz vegetarian beans in
30 ml heinz horseradish sauce
1 gr salt
4 pocket pita breads
5 dia
8 slices tomato

Instructions

Leaf lettuce In skillet, saute chicken, onion and green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is tender. Stir in beans, horseradish sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Cut pitas in half and tuck 1 tomato slice and lettuce into each half. Fill each with about one third cup bean mixture. Makes 4 servings (about 3 cups mixture)
