Nimbu Pickle

Ingredients

6 lemons
14 gr salt
14 gr chili powder
1 gr turmeric
1 hing
1 methi
75 ml oil

Instructions

Cut lemons into small pieces and remove the seeds. Add salt and keep for about dozen hours. Add chili powder, turmeric, and methi. Heat oil, mustard seeds, and hing. Spread this mixture over the lemons. Mix thoroughly.
