No-bake Rum-raisin Balls

Ingredients

80 gr dark rum
50 gr rolled oats
400 gr powdered sugar
16 gr cocoa powder
80 gr walnuts
110 gr raisins
55 gr coconut
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr cinnamon
75 gr butter
38 gr sugar

Instructions

DESCRIPTION: These fruity, spiced rum balls mellow with age. Combine rum and oats; cover and set aside one hour. Add all remaining ingredients except granulated sugar. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll teaspoons of the mixture into 3 cm balls. Roll balls in sugar, coating generously. Store in airtight container 24 hours before serving. Store airtight at room temp 10 days, freeze for 3 months. ----
