No-crust Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes
200 gr sugar
65 gr all purpose flour
110 gr butter
1 egg
3 gr almond extract

Instructions

Whipped cream * Medium size\peeled\cooked\mashed Combine all the ingredients except whipped cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 23 cm pie plate. Bake at 450^ for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or cool with a dollop of whipped cream. YIELD: One 23 cm pie.
