No-egg Egg Salad

Ingredients

1 package firm tofu
45 gr carrot
18 gr green
26 gr celery
16 gr green onion
3 gr turmeric
1 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
5 ml sauce
10 ml vinegar
5 ml mustard
16 ml soy mayonnaise

Instructions
