No Fuss Tuna Quiche

Ingredients

9 deep-dish pastry shell
350 ml low-fat milk
3 eggs
40 gr green onions
8 gr pimiento
1 gr basil
1 gr salt
6 1/2 tuna
55 gr low-fat cheddar cheese
8 spears broccoli
2 from center comes out clean

Instructions
