No-knead Refrigerator Bread
Ingredients

1 package dry yeast
350 ml warm water
130 gr sugar
130 gr shortening
2 eggs
150 gr warm mashed potatoes
4 gr salt
1,800 gr all purpose flour
500 gr flour
3 before shapin divide dough in
1/2 a loaf
2 greased
3 loafpans
Instructions
desired. Place in greased pans. Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled in bulk. Bake at 200ÂșC for 10 to 15 minutes. Yield 2 dozen.
