No-meat Burgers-in-a-hurry

Ingredients

475 gr firm tofu
160 gr quick rolled oats
65 gr wheat germ
1 onion
14 gr onion powder
30 ml soy sauce
1 gr salt
1 gr basil
1 gr oregano
2 gr garlic powder
1 gr black pepper

Instructions

Vegetable oil; for frying Mix ingredients together. Knead for a few minutes. Shape into six patties. Fry in lightly oiled cookie sheet at 160ÂșC for 25 minutes. Serve on whole wheat bread or buns.
