No Roll Apple Pie

Ingredients

190 gr flour
350 ml vegetable oil
30 ml milk
26 gr sugar
1 filling
200 gr sugar
16 gr flour
5 ml lemon juice
575 gr apples
65 gr flour
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr ginger
1 gr margarine

Instructions

Recipe by: South Bend Tribune CRUST: Place dry ingredients in 23 cm pie pan. Add milk to oil. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix with fork. When completely mixed bring crust up sides of pan to form pie shell. APPLE FILLING: Combine half cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour. Set aside. Sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice. Toss apples with sugar mixture. Pour into pie crust. Combine remaining half cup of sugar, half cup flour, cinnamon and ginger. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apples Bake at 190ÂșC or one hour. ----
