No Tenemos Rancho Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

250 gr unbleached flour
200 gr sugar
3 gr corn starch
2 gr cocoa
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
9 gr baking soda
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
140 gr nuts
170 gr raisins
120 ml oil
4 gr vanilla
700 ml applesauce

Instructions

Sift together all the dry ingredients, add nuts and raisins. Stir in the oil, vanilla and hot applesauce. Pour into a 9 x 33 cm pan. Bake at 180ºC . for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
