1 cinnamon
3 green cardamom pods
120 gr onion
2 garlic
1 gr turmeric
450 gr beef
1 gr cumin
1 gr coriander
1 gr cayenne pepper
2 gr paprika
240 ml water
240 ml yogurt
8 almonds
30 ml water
3 gr garam masala
75 gr corn kernels
26 gr cilantro
