Norwegian Meatballs In Sauce

Ingredients

700 gr beef
130 gr pork
1 egg
150 gr potatoes
120 ml milk
6 gr seasoning salt
1 gr allspice
1 gr ginger
1 gr pepper
1 gr nutmeg
2 gr sugar
240 ml broth
120 ml cream
65 gr parsely

Instructions

Throughly combine all ingredients except flour, beef broth, heavy cream and chopped parsley. Blend well and shape into about twenty four 4 cm meatballs. Roll lightly in flour. Place on rack of broiler pan in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Drain.

Before serving, carefully remove meatballs to warm platter. Stir heavy cream into broth in crockpot. Mix until smooth. Pour sauce over meatballs, then sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
