Nut Tarts

Ingredients

230 gr butter
1 package cream cheese
325 gr sifted flour
550 gr brown sugar
1 box
20 gr melted butter
4 gr vanilla
325 gr nuts
3 eggs

Instructions

DoughMix together butter, cream cheese and flour as for pie crust. Line small muffin tins by patting in mixture. Fill half to 0.75 full with nut filling. Nut fillingBeat eggs, add sugar gradually. Add melted butter and vanilla. Add nuts and mix well. Bake in moderate oven 350* for about 20 minutes or until light brown. Makes 8 dozen. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
