Nutmeg Sugar Tops

Ingredients

220 gr all purpose flour
160 gr cake flour
1 gr baking powder
1 ml cream of tartar
1 gr salt
4 gr nutmeg
190 gr butter
130 gr powdered sugar
3/8 thickness
1 3/4 rounds
2 on lined cookie

Instructions

Bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or until set. After 1 minute, transfer the cookies to cooling racks using a wide metal spatula. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container. ----
