Recipe by: St. Louis Post-Dispatch 0.0625 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric mixer, beat together margarine and sugars until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix until smooth. By hand, stir in raisins, walnuts and rolled oats. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake dozen to 14 minutes or until cookies are lightly and evenly browned. Leave on cookie sheets for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely. ----
