Nutty Wheat Bread

Ingredients

130 gr unbleached flour
85 gr raisins
60 gr walnuts
50 gr firmly packed brown
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
60 gr egg beters
99 egg product
240 ml buttemilk
30 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

Coat a 9-x5-x3-inch loafpan with cooking spray; set aside. Combine flour and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg substitute, buttermilk, and oil; whisk until blended. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake at 180ÂșC or 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove 1 load (157 calories [32% from fat] per serving).
