Oatmeal Brickle Cookies
Ingredients
140 gr golden crisco shortening
280 gr firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
80 ml milk
7 gr vanilla
475 gr quick oats
130 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
120 gr almond brickle chips
160 gr chocolate chips
4 gr crisco shortening
380 oc
1 with shortenin place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies

Instructions
heavy resealable sandwich bag. Seal. Microwave at 50% (MEDIUM) power. Knead bag after 1 minute. Repeat until smooth. (Or melt by placing in bowl of hot water.) Cut tiny tip off corner of bag. Pipe heart shapes on cookies or drizzle randomly. Makes: About 8- half dozen small cookies ----
