Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
140 gr golden crisco shortening
280 gr firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
80 ml milk
7 gr vanilla
230 gr quick oats
190 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
80 gr sweetened flake coconut
240 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 with shortenin place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies

Instructions
to 11 minutes, or until lightly browned. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely. Makes: About 3 dozen cookies ----
