Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

325 gr brown sugar
230 gr peanut butter
170 gr margarine
80 ml water
1 egg
4 gr vanilla
475 gr quaker oats
190 gr flour
2 gr baking soda
240 gr chocolate chips
10 ml oil

Recipe by: Beverly Salinger, YMCG78A Preheat oven to 180ÂșC Beat brown sugar, peanut butter, and margaine until flufffy. Blend in water, egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Combine with wet ingredients. Make 3 cm balls. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes. On low heat microwave, melt chocolate and shortening. Put dab on center of cookies.
