Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

1 1/2 oatmeal
65 gr wheat flour
9 gr baking powder
3 gr cinnamon
240 ml low-fat milk
1 egg
16 ml oil
40 gr raisins

Instructions

Lightly oil a frying pan and spoon batter on by tablespoon turning when the top bubbles. The pancakes are great for lunch sandwishes too. The oatmeal ones are especially good with peanut butter.
