Oatmeal Raisin Cookies # 3

Ingredients

110 gr margarine
95 gr shortening
220 gr brown sugar
100 gr sugar
2 eggs
30 ml water
40 gr corn syrup
9 gr vanilla
5 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr ginger
190 gr flour all-purpose
5 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
475 gr oats
170 gr raisins

Instructions

Cream margarine, shortening, sugars, eggs, corn syrup, water, and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Beat well; stir in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 180ÂșC for 15 minutes. Cool slightly on sheet before removing to cooling racks. ----
