Oatmeal Raisin Drops

Ingredients

8 gr flour
70 gr quick-cooking oats
2 gr double-acting baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr cinnamon
55 gr firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbs
1 egg
4 gr vanilla extract
30 ml water
85 gr raisins

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sweetener. Add margarine. Mix well with a fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Beat egg with vanilla and water. Stir into dry ingredients. Add raisins and stir until all ingredients are moistened. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a nonstick cookie sheet, making 32 cookies. Bake 10 to dozen minutes, until lightly browned. Remove to a rack to cook. Makes 8 servings; each serving = 4 cookies. Each serving gives: 1 Bread, -20ÂșC at, half Fruit, 6 additional calories (add 24 calories if brown sugar is actually used as the sweetener). ----
