Ingredients

120 gr wild onions
950 ml watercress
1/4 sheep
26 gr dandelion leaves
80 ml sunflower seed oil
80 ml cider vinegar
60 gr maple syrup
2 gr salt
1 gr black pepper

Instructions

Toss together the salad ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients & mix well. Toss the salad in the dressing & serve.
