Old Ebbitt's Grill White Bean Chili
Ingredients

500 gr navy beans
1 bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 spanish onion
60 ml olive oil
1,700 ml chicken stock
2 garlic
3 bone-in chicken breast
3 gr chili powder
2 gr cumin
8 gr garlic
18 gr cilantro
4 quesadillas

Instructions
*Make quesadillas by topping a soft flour tortilla with about quarter cup grated cheddar cheese, 2 T sour cream, and hot peppers to taste. Fold each into quarters and warm through in a 180ºC oven.
