Old Fashion Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

325 gr wheat flour
7 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
10 gr ginger
1 gr cinnamon
180 ml corn oil margarine
220 gr brown sugar
1 egg
120 ml molasses
1 granulated sugar to roll in

Instructions

Mix flour, soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves..In a large bowl cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and molasses. Stir in flour mix. Chill dough. Using one tablespoon dough, roll into balls. Roll tops in sugar....Place on greased cookie sheets 5 cm apart and bake for 8 minutes or until flat and cracked.
