Old-fashioned Cinnamon Swirl Loaf

750 gr all purpose flour
230 gr sugar
28 gr fleischmanns rapidrise yeast
4 gr salt
240 ml milk
120 ml water
75 gr butter
2 eggs
45 gr butter
5 gr cinnamon
85 gr raisins

1 crumb topping recipe follows
250 gr flour
75 gr butter until warm

45 gr melted butter to within

Instructions
Crumb Topping: In small bowl, combine half cup all-purpose flour, one third cup firmly packed light brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon. Cut in 3 tablespoons cold butter or margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
