Old-fashioned Vegetable-beef Stew

Ingredients

700 gr beef
16 ml bouillon
30 ml oil
10 ml worcestershire sauce
300 gr potatoes
2 gr thyme
130 gr carrots
3 gr salt
1 onion
1 gr pepper
50 gr celery
300 gr tomatoes
1 beans
350 ml water
28 gr tapioca

Instructions

Cut meat into 1 cm cubes. In a large skillet brown meat, half at a time, in hot oil. Drain well. In crockpot, combine potatoes, arrots, onion, and celery. Add frozen beans, tapioca, bouillon, orcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir in browned meat, undrained tomatoes, and water.

Cover, cook on Low setting for 10-12 hours or on High setting for 5-6 hours.
